Why become a sponsor?

Businesses enjoy the added benefit of their sponsorship donation being a tax write off.
Operation Honor Guard's mission resonates with people of all ages. Men, women and even children realize the importance of this cause.
Children getting off school buses stop to make donations, homeless people giving their change, and mourning widows recounting their spouses’ military funerals signify the immense impact of this event.

Sponsorship opportunities.

Operation Honor Guard, NFP offers two levels of sponsorship.

National Sponsors

One year, renewable sponsorships.
Businesses contribute a donation in a predetermined amount.
The business's name appears on Operation Honor Guard’s Website a period of one year.
Donations are used to cover operating expenses including an annual audit preparation and filing of taxes, state solicitation and registration fees, administrative software, as well as marketing and promotional expenses.

Day of Giving Sponsors

Businesses contribute a donation in a predetermined amount to sponsor a Day of Giving in a particular area.
Part of the donation is used for event promotion such TV and radio spots in the days leading up to and on the Day of Giving.
Part of the donation is granted to the Honor Guard(s) who participated in the event.
